[resolved] Modify order of fields when opening a new ticket
this is my configuration
|osTicket Version||v1.10 (901e5ea) — Up to date|
|Web Server Software||Apache|
I have defined some additional required fields when the users log a ticket, but I would like to move them above the ticket details text box, see the attached image.
Do you have any suggestion on how to do it?
