How to add new custom allert notification?
Is there a way ? I can turn on/off many notifications from Admin Panel -> Settings -> Allerts and Notifications. I would liek to add new allert that will sent emails to staff, when ticket is about go go expire on time. For example a day before. Can i do it from admins panel ? The other way around would be to modify existing notification about ticket overdue, but how ?
