Custum Subject when using canned resonses

Using osticket v1.10

When using canned responses it is my wish to use a custom mail subject.

now ive got a nice subject on reply (set in settings) but on using canned responses it still uses the same reply-subject.

For example : a issue has been resolved, next day i send a canned response to ask the customer to fill in a customer satisfaction survey.

Using the canned response i want to change the standard subject to : Survey on #454542 ..

is  this possible ??

  • If you want to change the subject of the ticket you have to edit the subject of the ticket prior to updating it. There is no way to over ride the tickets subject automagically like you are asking.
  • To bad... it would be a nice feature
