Email Fetching on different server

Hi there,

I've made a new installation of osTicket 1.9.15. I've configured email fetching via IMAP. Email server is different from osTicket server.
Is it possibile to do email fetching with this configuration?
Cron is always to configure on my server in order to fetch mails?
I'm sendin mail but no ticket is created.

    Are you getting a PHP error?
    How is your cron setup ?
    Did you enable email polling?
    (Admin panel -> Settings -> Emails -> Email Fetching

    Did you enable it at the email address?
    Admin panel -> Emails -> your collection email -> Fetching Email via IMAP or POP -> Status: Enable?
