osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
"Unable to lock the ticket"
Fresh installation of 1.10, running on IIS 8.5 (PHP v5.6.22; MySQL 5.6.17).
I can choose any of my tickets, scroll to the response section, start typing and immediately get the "Unable to lock the ticket. Someone else could be working on the same ticket." message "toast" at the top of the screen. We get this message regardless of the Collision Avoidance Duration setting (set to zero or not). This happens nearly 100% of the time to every user. Occasionally you can get the post button to work, and set a ticket status successfully. It's very frustrating.
This is on a two-node PHP webfarm with a separate MySQL server server. All three machines have the same time. Our PHP webfarm is behind a two-node loadbalancer as well; I don't know if that matters.
This is out-of-the-box configuration; we only loaded the LDAP plugin.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
