Is the claim ticket permission now connected to assign ticket permission?
When an unclaimed ticket is in an open queue.... My users would claim tickets (before they work them) that are part of an issue they are working.
With Osticket 10 it appears that only users with the Assign permission are able to claim tickets for themselves.
Is this correct? or have I missed some setting in v10?
