Dear osTicket users,

I am getting stuck at providing a direct link to tickets from the « New Ticket Auto-response » template.

Thanks to this thread:, I noticed that 

%{recipient.ticket_link} =, and 

%{ticket.auth_token} = 883d0f1a6e953e366af1341ce7f71f77

The direct working link to the ticket in my case is:

How can I generate this from the email template?
