osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

Osticket v1.10 time mismatch.

In osticket v1.10 time is mismatching for any activity.
for new ticket or password reset time is showing 5 hrs difference.

checked all timezone setting in PHP, Database and Ost->setting->system, agent time setting.

but no change.

  • I have experienced a similar problem with my 1.10, specifically related to trying to schedule tasks less than 6 hours in the future, and I suspect that the 5 hours represents the difference between your local time zone, and GMT?

    Hello, I spot several issue here:
    1) 1.10 does not support php 5.4 :) Please install php 5.6 or 7.0
    2) Language packs for 1.10 have not been released yet. Make sure you use default English package.
    3) Chrome extensions for osTicket does not work for 1.10 properly too (one of your screenshots shows this extension), so I would not rely on it.

    I had similar problem, but I accidentally set in my own user profile TZ to wrong TZ, thus it showed wrong TZ on all tickets/etc, but I am not sure this is the issue here.
