Help in custom field list in New User

I have a custom list field in user registry. But when a new user is add, this field is blank.

I'm adding a print below.

    I'm not quite sure what it is that you are trying to do, or what you think is wrong.  From looking at your screen shot everything appears to be working.
  • Sorry, i'll try explain better. My english is not so good.
    The user was successfully registred, but the select field did not save, is blank.
    See below prints to try understand all steps.

    Step 1) Adding new user.

    Step 2) Filling the fields.

    Step 3) User successfully registered

    Step 4) But, the select field did not save, is blank.
