Increase TimeOut when logged into OSTicket

How do you increase the TimeOut period when logged into OSTicket as an Agent?

    You did not tell us what version of osTicket you are running.

    However, if you are running 1.10 you can set Agent Session Timeout here:

    Admin Panel > Settings > Agents > Settings
