Searching for tickets auto text feature whacked

Using google search everyone knows what search auto-complete is. there is some oddball variation on the ticket search, where in it shows tickets found by count by assigned agent which screws up the search in general and also allows you to select an auto display item yielding a bad search  - the enter key here also yields lots of unexpected results and bad searches.

It is clumsy and breaks the general search functionality. There is another autocomplete problem in this version regarding creating a ticket and searching for a user I'll create another ticket/discussion for that but it may be related
