OverDue Notice every 3 hour
I am writing this post after searching a bit but couldn't find the solution.
I am facing issues in my ticket thread. I have disabled all email alerts. But every 3 hours, there is a log in ticket thread for overdue tickets. like this below.
I dont want it to be created every 3 hour. It should be once a day atleast. Cant find anything in class.ticket.php.
