Always notify dept members when agent post reply

osTicket Version: v1.10-rc.2 (231f11e)
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/8.5
MySQL Version: 5.7.17
PHP Version: 5.3.28

Basically, we use osTicket as an intranet service, new ticket is default assign to Facility dept and then 3 members received new ticket alert.
3 of the dept member should work together for the same ticket. Can osTicket always notify all that 3 members if one of them reply the ticket?

  • Do you have claim on response enabled?

    Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Settings > Claim on Response

    I would think that if a ticket remained unclaimed and only assigned at the team level, that everyone on the team would continue to receive alerts, but I have not tested this.
