Always notify dept members when agent post reply

Basically, we use osTicket as an intranet service, new ticket is default assign to Facility dept and then 3 members received new ticket alert.
3 of the dept member should work together for the same ticket. Can osTicket always notify all that 3 members if one of them reply the ticket?
