Users are not receiving any alerts
Hi, I use version 1.9 and since I already enabled all the alerts and email-settings so theoretically my useres schould receive alerts on the progress of their ticket. I noticed two things:
1. When a new ticket is created or changed in any way a user does not get an alert per e-mail (I tested it also with my personal gmail account and no emails are comming to this account).
2. When I choose "check ticket status" there is a message "an email has been sent to you", but there is no e-mail in my mailbox.
Is there any bug or have I missed some settings?
