Adding more Ticket Status to osticket v1.9.14

Hello,

Kindly assist on how to add new ticket status other than the ones that have been provided. i.e Open, Resolved and Closed

    Presuming your using current (1.10):
    Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses
  • the version i'm using is v1.9.14
  • Go to: Admin panel -> Manage -> Lists -> Ticket Statuses
