Agent closing calls

Is there a way in version 1.10 to prevent Agents from closing any tickets without putting a comment in for the ticket?


  • Yes.  In fact its been covered multiple times here on the forums. so please try search next time.

    Go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
    Add your comment field.
    Click on the Config button for the field that you want to require to close.
    Click on the Settings tab.
    check Data Integrity [ ] Required to close ticket.
