Problem with finding out my version

Hello you guys,

I'm currently trying tu upgrade the osTicket version we are using. Problem is that the upgrade was tried by someone else already but did not work. Now it shows it is on version 1.10, when it's clearly not and I can't find the actual version of our system. Can anyone help me?

    It sounds to me like you will need to restore from the back up you made prior to them doing the upgrade.  There is no "downgrader" script.
