osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I have been able to install and configure v1.10 with minimal problems, but this one has impacted me. I am logged in as an administrator and use the link to view the Personnel Panel. When I click on the link to "Create new ticket" I get a blank space, 1 popup line and the rest of the ticket is gray behind the popup window. The main problem is that it is not giving me any form of error message, so I have no idea where to start trying to fix this.
I have tested it with several users and simply when I want to add a new ticket, a user or import a client pulls the popup line blank and does not let go.
I have proven that it is not browser problem, both in chrome, edge, firefox, IE and operates the same thing.
I have been investigating if it was a problem of ajax or some fitxero of configuration, in many tickets of the forum osticket I have been seeing that it is a quite frequent problem and I have not been able to clarify myself in any case.
Someone could help me solve it.
