osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I have a custom field for location under the Ticket Details form. Since we updated to 1.10 about a month ago when exporting a search the column with our custom field is empty on the exported results. Does anyone else export search results of ticket and have any custom fields that show up on the reports? If i do the reports from tickets previous to the update it does show the field so seems to just affect tickets created after the install date.
