Auto Email on Resolve or Close
Is there a way to have the system auto email the user when a ticket is Resolved or Closed?
You should make sure that your staff replies and then selects close on the ticket.
I believe you need to modify the core code to do that, i'd suggest making the mail call here
and you can get some pointers from here
