Adding New Field on Tickets

Hi There, 

I have seen previous discussions on how to add a new field. What i will like to add next to number is a Company Reference field. However not sure how to go about this. Can someone please provide me a step to step guide for Dummmies on how i can achieve this please. 

I currently have the latest version of OSticket 


  • What does latest version mean to you?  1.10?

    go to Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.
    Add your field.
    On any existing tickets you will need to edit the ticket to populate the field afterwards though.  osTicket suppresses most fields / forms if there is no data to display.
