Duplicate email to ticket when deleting the ticket
I setup email to ticket without issue, and received 2 test tickets as expected.
From within OST we deleted the tickets since they were tests, however the next cycle that the email is checked ( email still in mailbox) the tickets are recreated. Did this a couple of times to confirm.
I didn't see any options on email setup to remove the message from the server, or to ignore previously read messages.
