How to create form for website

Hi,
We are currently using Gravity Forms on our website.
I want to replace the Gravity Form with a form for osTicket but I cannot find any documentation.
Does anyone know how I can create a form for our website?
Thx.

  • You would have to know HTML and PHP.
Create the form and write code to interact with the ticket open API.

Here is an old article I wrote about using the API:
    http://tmib.net/using-osticket-1812-api

While it is dated, it hasn't changed all that much and should point you in the right direction.
  • Thanks.
I tried this was then got lost atthe end.

    How do I do this?
"Next try to run the script.  You can do this by putting the script on a web server and browsing to it."

  • Q: How do I do this?
A: upload the script to your webserver where you want it to live.
    open a web browser.
type in the address to where you want it to live.  Include the file name.

    example:
    If your script is test.php
    If your domain is domain.tld
    Your support site is support.domain.tld.
And you put the file in the root folder for that site.
    You would browse to: http://upport.domain.tld/test.php
