Alert ticket creator and collaborator of ticket status change

Following http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/114030, I am looking for a way to notify user (ticket creator) and collaborators on a status change: resolved or closed for example.

This is required on our project for legal reasons: all team of the client must receive notifications when resolved or closed.

I tried using canned answers but only the user receives the notification.

How to achieve this?
