Is there any way to change the department of a ticket?


  • Yes.
    Transfer it to another department.
  • How do you transfer it to another department?
    I can see how to transfer/reassign to another agent and team, but not department.
  • Scrub that, I found it!!

    Obviously still getting to grips with osTicket SLOWWWWWLY!!
