Creation of Problem tickets

I have OSTicket running on our help desk, but I wish to create a problem ticket, so we can have users on site add to said ticket and have access, we get an access denied when other users try to access a ticket that is assigned to another email, is it possible to grant multiple users access to 1 ticket


  • That's not really how osTicket is designed to work.

    But I think if you use Organizations that all members of an Org should be able to see and interact with a ticket in their Org.
