DB Error 1054 - attaching images

Hi Everyone,

I am now using OSTicket v1.10 (901e5ea)

Everytime I attach an image and send an update to clients, they receive the following error via email.

I have seen this was happening in v1.10RC but I am running the stable version.

Anyone else see this before and know of a fix?  I cannot find one searching the forums.

Thanks and see the full error attached in the text file.

DB Error #1054[SELECT page.*, count(topic.page_id) as topics FROM ost_content page LEFT JOIN ost_help_topic topic

This error does not appear to have anything to do with your subject.
    No attached text file.
I have never seen this. Have you modified the core files?
Are you running any forth coming features from github?
  • Hi:
    • Not sure why the text file did not upload but I will upload it once more
    • No core files have been modified
    • This is not from github it was fro the OSTicket download site.
The subject line is based on what I have tested.

I have tested and the only time this error appears is when I attach an image to an incident.
  • Here is the error

DB Error #1054[SELECT page.*, count(topic.page_id) as topics FROM ost_content page LEFT JOIN ost_help_topic topic ON( WHERE page.content_id=6 GROUP By]
