New tickets emailed to Agents

I'm not sure if this is an option available, but I want to send tickets with a certain criteria (eg email address or particular business) to a different agents.

Can this be done, and if so can someone point my in the right direction.

I'm using v1.10 of OSticket.



  • Yes ticket filters can do this 

    Admin Panel > Manage > Ticket Filters
  • Ok thanks, I've got that part sorted.  But now a ticket gets assigned, how do I get OSticket to email the agent with the relevant details of the ticket?
  • Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Alerts and Notices
