Standard staff can't see closed tickets

Hi there,
I'm using osTicket v1.10 (901e5ea).
Is it possible to enable standard staff user to see closed ticket?


  • Tickets are assigned a Department or Team.  They can also be assigned to an Agent.
    To ensure that a staff can see a closed ticket ensure that the ticket is in a Department that they have access to.
