How do you change the subject on a ticket after it has been created

Server Information
osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to date
Web Server SoftwareApache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version5.7.18
PHP Version7.0.15-0ubuntu0.16.04.4



Sometimes we want to change the subject of a ticket, but, once it has been entered we cannot find out where we can do this, does anybody have any ideas?

  • View ticket.
    Click Edit.
    Modify the Issue Summary field.
    Add an internal note.
    Click Save.

    I followed instructions but when I select Edit I cannot find the 'Modify Issue Summary Field' option.
    Attached is a screenshot of what I get when I click edit.

    Then you do not have it checked as editable in the field config.

    Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details.

    Where do I change this?
