Best set-up for agent to view other agent ticket

I have Agents A, B and C and all agents are currently in the same department.  They are also set-up to view only their own open tickets and cannot close tickets.

I would like Agent A to view his own ticket and also Agent C's ticket.  What's the best way to set-up the Agents profile to make this happen?


  • I dont think that you can.  I guess that you could Disable the "view only their own open tickets and cannot close tickets."
  • The problem with that set-up is that Agent A will be able to see Agent B tickets as well (which I don't want).

  • Can you configure agent B to be in a different department?
