osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
V1.10, MySQL 5.6 PHP v5.6
I've setup an internal field, configured as internal/optional, visible to agents but when I login as agent to view the ticket, I can't find the field I've setup. Are there additional options I need to do? Am I missing something?
