Internal fields

V1.10, MySQL 5.6 PHP v5.6

I've setup an internal field, configured as internal/optional, visible to agents but when I login as agent to view the ticket, I can't find the field I've setup. Are there additional options I need to do? Am I missing something?

  • Fields with no data are not displayed, additionally tickets created prior to the field existing do not magically have the field.  You would have to add the field (well the form actually) to the ticket via manage forms or populate the field in the Edit mode depending on how you added the field.
