combined answer to multiple tickets

I would like to know if osticket has any support for combining/linking tickets to general answer to the issue: This is aimed at solving multiple (large number of) customers addressing the same issue in short time period, possibly requiring multiple communication.  The key is that any communication is visible to all customers at once.


  • To be clear this is not equivalent to predefined answers as the asnwers is likely to be formed during the clear up.

  • Negative.  Merge tickets is not a feature in osTicket at this time.
