Closed tickets is not showing up in Closed tab in agent pannel.

When an agent close a ticket then he/she unable to see closed ticket on closed tab and closed tab remain Closed(0). Please advise...


  • Your agent does not appear to have access to the department that the ticket is assigned to.

    Agent have full access of department but after closing of ticket it shows 0 ticket in close box. kindly help me to shortout this issue and suggest the setting.
