Statistics -> after Upgrade 1.9.12 to 1.10


im not sure if its on purpose but,

After Upgrading to 1.10 today, We are not able to see the Ticket Statistics of the other Agents anymore. (Screenshot)

Please just let me know if its on purpose or if there is a "new" setting/configuration for that.

  • In Admin Panel > Agents > [seleted agent] > Permissions > Miscellaneous 

    There is a place to select: Stats — Ability to view stats of other agents in allowed departments
