osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

I wanted to force allow my ticketing system to have "https" and/or "www" before its domain name. (Because you can visit the site by just clicking <company name>.ph)
What .htaccess should I edit? (Or should I really edit this file? Is there any alternative?) I see 4 .htaccess files in my /helpdesk folder.

  • I have this in my .htaccess, in the root directory (there isn't one there, so you have to make one)

    RewriteEngine On

    RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !on

    RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

  • Thanks Grizly! I'll try this one. :)
