Tasks Management

Hello Team,

We want a task/ticket should be visible after certain time period (Ticket/task start time) only. (.i.e. the ticket/task should be visible in My Tickets/tasks after the start task date.)
Means, i want a remainder after 3 months, so the ticketing system need to remind me on the day before the task start date.
Is there any way to do/configure that.

Please let us know, if we have any possible option to do that.

  • That is not currently possible to do in the UI. You cannot have a task "hidden" until a certain date.
