advanced search by agent

In the open ticket tab, I can sort agent name by clicking the "Assigned To".  Is there a way to do use the advanced search (or other way to configure osticket) that will allow me to display tickets just for a specific agent?


  • I have the same need. Want find Open Tickets, only assigned to a specific Agent, in order to export the tickets to CSV, per Agent.
  • Only an Agent can see what specific tickets they have.  So no... Other Agents can only see what they have access to, which might not include every ticket assigned to someone else.
