Error while replying to 'Tickets'

Hello, I have an error, when I reply to a 'ticket' this message appears, I can not solve it! :(

    No osTicket version.
    No idea what it says since its in another language (and isn't text)

    PHP vesion?
    Webserver and version?
    MySQL version?
    Is MySQL on the same server as the webserver?

    Server Time zone?
    Mysql Timezone setting?
    PHP timezone setting?
    Agent Time zone setting?
    osTicket Timezone setting?
