How can i see the total of tickets created?

Panel the control i don not understant the Report. Please, someone can explain me how interpret the Statistics?

    I'm not sure what you are asking, can you ask it in a different way? 
    And maybe include what version you are running.
  • I think it's the dashboard statistics, like service time. I'm unsure what that means myself.
  • @Grizly I think service time is in hours.
  • I am sorry, i mean Control Panel in osticket 1.9.  When i login as admin in option: Control Panel  i can not understand the ticket activity by staff. What does mean open, assigned??
