Can not fetch Email

HI,' have set up our email address and settings for Outlook .com the settings save and appears to have connected to the mail server ok but no emails are being fetched.

    Yes, please provide AS MUCH details about your environment you can. We see many different issues with Microsoft emails (Office365)/outlook.com and they are not all the same fix. Follow the link ntozier posted above.

    ' Found the issue with this and it is fixed now, was  the "Fecth on Auto Cron" had to be set
