Display Ticket status in Dashboard

Dear  all

WE are using osTicket version v1.10 (901e5ea)

and want to see in Dashboard the status of tickets  where can we setup that


  • I have no idea what you are trying to ask... the Dashboard however is not really configurable.

    How to change the ticket listing is probably the most asked question on the forums.

    This thread has directions for most contemporary versions of osTicket.  

    Alternatively there is the forthcoming "Custom Queues" feature here:

    Personally I would just wait for the Custom Queues feature due out in 1.11, or use the feature from github in it's current alpha state.
