osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I understand people have been having similar problems with this on OSTicket version 1.10 RC3, but i am having issue with this on productive 1.10.
When a task is created department members and leaders are not getting emails for a new task, activity or overdue even though it is selected in the task settings. emails are working fine with tickets with the same settings therefore the issue is with tasks. Has this bug or issue been fixed by the developers? Thank you.
