OS Ticket is not receiving emails or sending a responce unless Agent is signed in
OS Ticket V10 running on Apache 2, Ubuntu 16.04 is not receiving emails or sending conformations emails unless we have a agent signed in. Is there any way of changing this. If Im signed in, tickets both ways work fine. I just need OSticket to receive tickets when no one is signed in. I hoping its just a simple setting I have not set up correctly.
Our email server runs IMAP for receiving and SMTP for sending.
