  • This is probably the most asked question on the forums.

This thread has directions for most contemporary versions of osTicket.

Alternatively there is the forthcoming "Custom Queues" feature here:

Personally I would just wait for the Custom Queues feature due out in 1.11, or use the feature from github in it's current alpha state.
  • Hi,
    Thank you for quick response.

I am not able to get from this document.
Can you please send me the steps what i have to do or need to replace any file?

  • "I am not able to get from this document."
    In a word... Huh?

No.  There is no written document for how to do this.  You have to follow the links read the information and figure out how to do it yourself, or you need to follow the second link and get the files for the beta feature and install them (or do the changes manually).
  • Hi,
In the link they are saying about old versions, not for the latest 1.10 version.

In github also it is version 1.8.

    Please help.
  • The first link is all the information for all contemporary versions.

The second like thats just the name of the repo.  it is a forth coming feature for 1.11 release.
  • Thank you!

My problem got resolved. It was very simple ... i was not able to identity.

Admin Panel ==> System ==> Ticket ==> Setting

We have to un-tick   Exclude assigned tickets from open queue.
