Create New Task - Showing "Access Denied Error"

Creating a new Task even as the Admin is showing my the error "Access denied. Contact admin if you believe this is in error". Though the task will be created and sent to the recipient email, but it will not show successful, and will not be listed on the Open Tasks.

Don't know what might likely be the cause, kindly help.

    I cannot replicate your report.
    Check your [unknown] web server logs to see why access is denied.
    Check your [unknown version] PHP error logs for any errors.
    Check your file permissions on the files vs your [unknown] web servers User permissions.
