Can't open Ticket on user site

I have tested to open a ticket through the site, which see the user . 

I can choose a topic , but there a no field where i can put text in . 

Maybe someone have an idea where i can put text in .

    HAve you enabled all the fields in the Admin panel -> Manage -> forms -> Ticket Details and Contact Details forms by clicking on config?
