Advanced filter

Advanced filter does not seem to be working. No matter what we select, it does not give us just that selection.
Also when you select something like "Help Topic" and choose "Has value" there is nothing to enter or select a value.

Any ideas?

    I have no idea what "Advanced Filter" means to you, but it doesn't mean anything to me since osTicket does not come with a pre-loaded filter called "Advanced".

    Ah you mean Advanced Search.  Filters are something completely different.  I am unable to replicate your problem on my system.
  • Is there a way to reset the Advanced Search?
  • That is correct behaviour, Has a value simply means it's not null, if you want to specify an item you need to choose, includes
