Add Custom Field to Post Reply Section
So I have tried googling and messing around with the system and I have not had any luck, I would like to add custom fields to the Post Reply section on the tickets, currently, when I add a custom form to the ticket page you have to edit the ticket for it to appear, and this inconvenient. Is this something that is possible? I am using v1.10. If you require any additional information please let me know.
