[resolved] Ticket lost in the DB... (v1.10)
when I create a new ticket and a new user with the integrated form, the new ticket gets lost somewhere...
I can see the little note icon beside the user and the relative counter correctly senses its presence, but I can't find it anywhere...
Is it a bug or am I missing something?
